In this lesson, we will talk about the basics of creating quality work requests. At the end of this lesson, I want to take away the following two key points:
First, the Work Request is the beginning of the Planning Process. By providing quality information upfront, you're going to make life a lot easier for your Planner. And you're going to help them prepare good job plan.
And second, you need to provide enough Relevant Information in that Work Request. For sure, it’s the Planner's job to plan the work, but it's not a Planner's job to solve riddles or puzzles.
