The sprint runs live over 12 weeks, in a small cohort. Each week builds one part of your strategy: you work through an online workshop, assess your current state with our tools, and get Erik’s coaching on your specific situation.

Erik has spent more than 25 years in maintenance and reliability in asset-intensive plants across the Netherlands, the UK, Oman, the Philippines and Australia, including some of the most reactive assets you can imagine. He built the Road to Reliability Framework, holds the CMRP, CRL and CAMA certifications, and is a Chartered Professional Engineer. In this sprint, he coaches you himself.
