Reliability Academy is the trading name of R2 Reliability Pty Ltd (ABN 96 624 299 672). This page explains how we use email, so you can check any message from us against it.

Who we email

We email maintenance and reliability professionals about our training. We also email people who have applied for our scholarships, and our past students.

Where addresses come from

Business contacts we haven't dealt with before come from professional business-contact databases. We check each address with a verification service before we send to it.

How we send

Emails to new business contacts are low volume. Each one is individually addressed and sent one-to-one from a named Reliability Academy mailbox.

Every email to business contacts we haven't dealt with before identifies R2 Reliability Pty Ltd trading as Reliability Academy, with our ABN and our postal address: Level 14, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.

Opting out

• Every email to new business contacts has an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you straight away.
• You can also reply and ask us to stop. We act on these replies within one business day.
• Emails to scholarship applicants and past students include a line asking you to reply if you'd rather not hear from us.
• We keep a record of every opt-out so we don't email you again.

What we don't do

We don't use third-party mailers or affiliates to send email for us. We never sell or rent email addresses, or give them to anyone else for their own marketing.
